Synopsis by Hal Erickson

You've never heard of Hooterville's annual Spring Festival celebration? Neither has anyone in Hooterville. That's because Lisa (Eva Gabor) has just come up with the idea of a festival, and hasn't put the machinery in motion -- though rest assured that she will have that machinery humming ere long. Amidst all the excitement, poor Oliver (Eddie Albert) tries to find time for his spring planting, and handyman Eb (Tom Lester) falls in love...again.
