Still in charge of the Hooterville Telephone Company, Oliver (Eddie Albert) institutes a number of upgrades, not least of which is moving his own telephone indoors. Unfortunately, Oliver's improvements require him to raise the utility rates, much to the outrage of his neighbors. It is up to Lisa (Eva Gabor) to soothe hurt feelings and attempt to improve morale all around. Originally intended as the conclusion of a four-part story arc, this episode was originally (and curiously) telecast as part three!
