Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
A Bulgarian spy poses as a double agent to uncover a plot to poison the water supply of a major Bulgarian city. He travels to West Germany where he must convince skeptical sleuths he has indeed defected. Soon the American CIA joins shadowy spies from other countries in an effort to capture the recent defector.
