One woman's devotion to her pet sparks a heated debate in this short comedy from director Liz Tuccillo. Leslie (Martha Plimpton) arrives at a dinner party thrown by her friend Bianca (Nadia Dajani) with an unexpected guest in tow -- her dog. When Leslie insists on keeping the dog in her lap and feeding it from her plate, some of the other guests are nonplussed, and Bianca politely but firmly asks Leslie to take the puppy downstairs. Leslie grudgingly complies, but while she's gone the talk among the other guests suggests they have a wide variety of opinions in their attitude about pets. Gone To The Dogs was an official selection at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival.
