Synopsis by Robert Firsching

Kosaku Yamashita directed this ninth sequel to his Gokudo (1968), pitting powerful Osaka gangster Shimimura (Tomisaburo Wakayama) and motorcycle gangleader Inoshika Ocho (Tatsuo Umemiya) of the Delinquent Boss films, of which this would be the 16th. The plot is fairly simple, as Shimamura has a big Korean barbecue celebration to mark his new appointment, and Ocho's Capone biker-gang tries to spoil the party. Some nicely done action sequences mark this routine outing, the end of the line for the Delinquent Boss films and the penultimate outing for Shimimura before Gokudo vs Mamushi (1974) stopped the series at 11.
