A production of San Francisco's PBS outlet KCET, the sporadically telecast series GlobalTribe endeavored to show how people in different countries faced challenges pertaining to the global issues of the day. Special emphasis was given to such topics as race, environment and political upheaval. Among the "celebrity commentators" represented herein were Martin Sheen, Jane Goodall, Arun Gandhi, and Kerry Kennedy Cuomo. Hosted by Amy Eldon, GlobalTribe was first seen on January 29, 2003.
