For the Dresden Staatskapelle's 450th anniversary, conductor Giuseppe Sinopoli decided to create a series of concerts called Dreampaths of Music to commemorate the milestone. This installment, From the Rhine to the Nile, sets Schumann's Symphony No. 3, Beethoven's Symphony No. 7, and Wagner's Parsifal to a series of travelogue images.
