Synopsis by Rovi

With the maddeningly meticulous Michel (Yanic Truesdale) in charge of preparations, Sookie (Melissa McCarthy) and Jackson (Jackson Douglas) eagerly look forward to their wedding day. Elsewhere, Luke (Scott Patterson) ponders accepting an apology from Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and has a confrontation with his troublesome nephew, Jess (Milo Ventimiglia). Paris (Liza Weil), convinced that she will never win the election for class president because no one likes her, opts to improve her chances by choosing Rory (Alexis Bledel) as her running mate. Rory's father, Christopher (David Sutcliffe), shows up in town and ends up spending the night with Lorelai -- but does this mean that his current girlfriend, Sherrie, is out of his life? This final episode of Gilmore Girls' second season ends with a number of shocks and surprises -- and tantalizes clues as to what the viewer can expect from season three.
