Certified physical trainer Jari Love hosts the fitness release Get Ripped! Ripped and Chiseled. The program incorporates a full-body resistance training regimen, which gives the viewer the option of using either dumbbells or his or her own body weight to burn carbohydrates and achieve a leaner, firmer body. It utilizes "super sets," or several repetitive exercises for specific target regions of the body, designed to sculpt the upper and lower body by elevating one's heart rate and toning the muscles in each area.
