Although filmed in what for all the world looks like an urban housing development, Galloping On has everything a low-budget oater should: fast rides to the rescue, fistfights, mother love, a corrupt banker, and Charles "Slim" Whitaker. As for star Wally Wales (aka Hal Taliaferro), well, at this early stage his riding skills are more impressive than his thespian talents.
