It is a bleak, dystopian future and the Earth is ruled over by a supercomputer called Dorothy who proclaims herself to be God. In order to protect herself and her power, Dorothy created enhanced humans called Galerians with powerful psychokinetic abilities to rule over other humans and prevent uprisings against her rule. One Galerian, however, a young man named Rion, has both the powers granted by Dorothy and the freedom of mind to seek out her destruction. Could Rion be the source of Earth's revolution against such a powerful force?
