Synopsis by Cammila Collar
In a murky near-future, the rift between the classes has grown dramatically, and the poor inhabit a city dubbed Night Town for its lack of electricity. Most earn their keep in Night Town by killing and stealing, but Hajiki has found a way to survive honestly, by working as a courier and delivery boy. He's able to scrape by this way without getting into trouble, unti one day when, while delivering a small cube made of a material called Gad, Hajiki gets into an altercation. Suddenly the cube transforms into a giant humanoid robot, an Iron Man called Lightning--who proves to be quite a useful friend in a place like Night Town. Hajiki soon meets other people who own and use Iron Men and finds that while some use them to fight crime, some use them for fun, or even destruction. Hajiki had a simple plan to live a simple life but now that he has unwittingly become an Iron Man user himself, he is forced to contemplate what he wants the meaning of his new life to be.
