Having been told the truth about his fiancée, Ursula (Lisa Kudrow), heartbroken Eric (Sean Penn) wants to date Ursula's twin sister, Phoebe (also Lisa Kudrow). The hitch: Eric may be looking at Phoebe, but he still sees Ursula. Meanwhile, Ross' (David Schwimmer) efforts to secure an apartment for Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) are complicated when elderly tenant Mrs. Verhoeven (Dale Raoul) stubbornly refuses to die on schedule. And Monica (Courteney Cox) thinks that Chandler's (Matthew Perry) new maid, Brenda (Arden Myrin), is a thief when her stained jeans turn up missing.
