Meanwhile, Phoebe's half-brother, Frank Jr. (Giovanni Ribisi), shows up, prompting Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) to attempt a bonding exercise. And Joey (Matt LeBlanc) tries to convert his corner of the apartment into a home entertainment center (funny, it started out as a mailbox...).
