Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Frederick Crane's annual Yuletide visit to Seattle is quite a shock for his father Frasier (Kelsey Grammer), who discovers that Frederick (Trevor Einhorn) has gone completely "goth" -- and that the boy intends to spend his entire visit with his new girlfriend (Marisa Guterman). Curiously, Frasier's brother, Niles (David Hyde Pierce), who never went through a rebellious stage in his own youth regards Frederick with a degree of envy. To belatedly flaunt authority, Niles decides to eat a brownie laced with marijuana -- but in the end, it is Martin who enjoys the peculiar pleasures of that "hash brownie." Elsewhere, Roz's latest boyfriend turns out to be a shopping-mall Santa, who is definitely packing more than a bagful of toys.
