Synopsis by Mark Deming
Frankin the Turtle and his animal friends learn a few lessons while showing off in the spotlight in two stories from the popular animated series for children. In "Franklin's Starring Role," the critters decide to put on a play, but they have to learn the hard way that every member of the cast and crew in important to the show's success. And Franklin and company scale down their stagecraft in "Franklin and the Puppet Play."
