The seamy underworld of Manhattan's 42nd street provides the background for this gritty drama that centers around a sleazy male prostitute, addicted to heroin, who tries to get drug money by selling a tender runaway boy to a homosexual. The kid soon over-doses on heroin and dies. The prostitute then begins framing the homosexual.
