Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka

Dan and Mark Jury take up the cause of a doomed neighborhood in this environmental documentary with an odd twist: save the neighborhood and condemn the park. About 425 families living near Cleveland, Ohio were forced out of their homes as their lands were bought up by the National Park Service to create a new urban green space. The families went to court to fight for their homes, and as of 1984 when this documentary was filmed, about 75 families were still left in the neighborhood -- at least for awhile.
