This self-explanatory Canadian series was cohosted by Lou Agases, coach of the Toronto Argonauts. Each episode featured a round-table discussion of the Big Four pro football teams and the activities of the intercollegiate football organizations. It was reportedly a point of honor to avoid discussing the gridiron escapades of teams from the United States, though a few pointed comments sneaked past the hosts. Football Huddle was beamed out by the CBC on Friday evenings from September 2 to December 2, 1960.
