Delivering the basic, straight-ahead blues-based rock & roll that was always their trademark, Foghat returned to the road in 1999 for a special reunion tour -- one that would prove to be the last with guitarist and singer "Lonesome Dave" Peverett, who succumbed to cancer only a few months later in 2000.
