Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

For the third time in Republic's Federal Agents vs. Underworld, Inc. someone manages to escape a vehicle right before it explodes. This time, the lucky survivors are agents Dave Worth (Kirk Alyn) and Steve Evans (James Dale), neither of whom is none the worse for wear. Alas, both Nila (Carol Forman) and her henchman, Spade Gordon (Roy Barcroft), vanish into thin air with the priceless Hand of Kurigal. At the museum, Dave learns that a mystery woman has chartered a plane and is headed for Abistahn. With Laura Keith (Rosemary La Planche) as his translator, Dave makes arrangement to follow the fleeing villainess. In Abistahn, meanwhile, Nila is conferring with Professor Clayton (James Craven), who is revealed to be her co-conspirator. When Dave and Laura arrive at their faraway destination, an Abistahnian pilot in Nila's employ greets them by gleefully machine-gunning their clipper plane.
