Synopsis by Mark Deming
DJ-turned-dance music hitmaker Fatboy Slim (known to his parents as Norman Cook) turned up to spin some tunes at a seaside resort in Brighton, England, in 2001, and the result was once of the UK's biggest pop music events of the year. Fatboy Slim decided to try it again in 2002, and Fatboy Slim: Live on Brighton Beach -- Big Beach Boutique, Vol. 2: The Movie captures the sights and sounds of one of the biggest dance parties you could ever imagine. Slim's set includes the tunes "Star 69" (Fatboy Slim), "It Just Won't Do" (Tim Deluxe), "Hi Jackers" (Glen Masters), "Get Me Off" (Basement Jaxx), "Sexiest Man In Jamaica" (Mint Royale), and many more.
