For 500 years, the mysterious white-haired Children of Belfort have wandered Europe, searching for the girl that is the key to their happiness. Living for only 11 years at a time, the kids continue to be reincarnated, over and over again, in a cycle that has gone unchanged until now. A boy named Tohma is about to become involved in a mystery that has spanned centuries, and together with an orphan girl named Helga, he will discover that the Children of Belfort have more to do with him than he ever could have known.
