It's no guts no glory with this blood-soaked look at the 1996 Battlecade Championships and the controversy surrounding the organizers and the Canadian government. The cameras catch it all as the heat is turned up inside the venue and out, with threats from Montreal's police force as they bust in on a Kahnawake Reservation for only the second time since 1991. Nine athletes ended up in jail, but only after one was declared the competition's most extreme fighter.
