Synopsis by Rovi
When their cable TV goes out, Ray (Ray Romano) and the family play a game of "Scruples". Inevitably, an argument breaks out as to who is the most "honest" player in the family. This becomes a moot point when it is learned that Frank (Peter Boyle) had hooked up the cable box illegally. Jon Manfrellotti, here cast as the pivotal "cable guy," would later become a semi-regular on Everybody Loves Raymond in the role of Gianni.
