Synopsis by Janiss Garza
This drama, based on a not-terribly-successful play by Sir Henry Arthur Jones, begins, typically, with a triangle -- Christabel Nuneham (Gladys Hanson) feels neglected by her husband, Phil (Ferdinand Tidmarsh), so she has an affair with Rex Allen (Jack Standing). When Allen has to go to India, Christabel follows him to Southampton to see him off. She is injured in a car accident and is rescued by an evangelist (George Soule Spencer) whose specialty is saving sinners. When Phil discovers Christabel's affair, he threatens divorce and locks away their daughter, Ione (Eleanor Dunn). But the evangelist manages to help patch up relations between the Nunehams, and they reconcile.
