Laura (Paola Krum) is now Bruno's (Antonio Birabent) captive. Renzo (Julio Chávez) is beside himself and desperate to find her. Laura tries to convince Bruno to let her have the webcam session she had planned with her son, Nico (Manuel Segovia), so that she can say goodbye. But at the same time, Marina (Cecilia Roth) has convinced Renzo to keep Laura's appointment with Nico, so that the boy knows his mother didn't just forget about him. When Laura logs on, and Bruno sees Renzo online, he thinks Laura has set him up, and decides to change his plan. Laura tries to escape while Bruno is out, but he catches her, and promises to make her suffer. In their frantic search, Marina discovers a formula that Bruno left behind, and it turns out to be for a chemical accelerant that can be ignited by something as seemingly harmless as a gust of wind. As the cops close in on Bruno, he continues to toy with them, leaving clues to lead Renzo right into his trap.
