synopsis
Slow responses to emergency calls have resulted in serious medical complications for a number of accident victims. To remedy this, Roy (Kevin Tighe) and John (Randolph Mantooth) take it upon themselves to upgrade the dispatching system. The case load this week range from an elderly woman who has collapsed in a grocery store to an escaped prisoner who manages to get himself trapped on a steep building ledge.
