This Spanish film is a sequel to the charming drama Goodbye Stork, Goodbye. The earlier film tells the story of how, with the help of their enterprising friends, a pair of teen lovers are able to arrange for the birth of their baby with the adults none the wiser. In El Niño Es Nuestro (The Child Is Ours) the earlier story is recapped using flashbacks. Here, the couple and their infant are discovered, and their families separate all three. The story concerns the efforts of the teens and their friends to recover the child and find someplace where they can live as a family.
