Professor Monkey-for-a-Head and Psy-Crow realize they've been wasting their time working for Queen Slug-for-a-Butt, so they depose her, take the Insectican throne, and exile her to outer space. She crash-lands on Earth, where she meets Earthworm Jim's neighbor, Mrs. Bleveridge, who takes her in and calls her Lucy. Meanwhile, Jim, Peter, and Princess What's-Her-Name fly off to Insectica to stop the Professor and Psy-Crow before they take over the galaxy.
