Hosted by identical twins Veena and Neena Bidasha, this video teaches the viewer how to perform the ancient Egyptian art of bellydancing. Starting with some warm-up exercises, the video moves quickly into a series of tutorials on intermediate maneuvers like shimmies, rib circles, turns, and various arm and shoulder motions. These different sections allow the viewer to gain confidence, and speed in their bellydancing technique.
