Kei and Yuri have been assigned to watch over Touma, an eccentric young network trouble consultant, as they get him to a trouble spot on World's World, a holiday planet that faithfully re-creates late 20th century cities. As they try to make their way through the confusing streets of Tokyo to get to World's World local headquarters, they avoid an assassination attempt by sheer chance; but Touma, who often gets wrapped up in his own little world, is nearly oblivious to the danger. When they finally make contact with the local World's World director and his team, Touma gets to work on his assignment: repairing the Silica 2000 central computer from a virus attack. While Touma gets to work, Kei and Yuri try to deduce the culprit, quickly settling on Cosmo Planet, a rival theme-park planet. The Angels plan to find the hit man and leave, but Touma tells them that cleaning up after the virus will take at least two weeks -- leaving Kei and Yuri with nothing to do but enjoy the sights of centuries-old Shinjuku.
