Synopsis by Bruce Eder
Dick Barton (Don Stannard) is assigned to investigate the strange activities at a seaside retreat. He finds that a group of foreign visitors seems to have taken over the place, and are smuggling improbable, seemingly harmless objects into the country. He and his sidekicks Snowey White (George Ford) and Jock (Jack Shaw) uncover a plan by a wanted Nazi war criminal to release a deadly outbreak of cholera in England.
