Out in the forest, a baby turtle is carried off by a hawk. The hawk accidentally drops the turtle in front of a bird-watching Dee Dee, who thinks it's a partially hatched egg. When she brings the turtle inside, she promptly trips on pint-sized Dexter, and sends the turtle flying into the wall. Dexter races the turtle into surgery, not only healing it, but giving it bionic limbs, super-hearing, and a super-strong shell. (Original air date: October 29, 1997.)
