synopsis
A case of mistaken identity once again took center stage in this low-budget silent western produced, directed, and written by Gower Gulch auteur Neal Hart and based on Philip Le Noir's The Man Who Wouldn't Take off His Hat. Hart plays Sam Ramsey, a cowboy mistaken for his no-good brother-in-law (W. J. Allen) by a gang of outlaws. The intrepid hero, of course, not only defeats the bandits but also manages to bring his troublesome relative back in line. Hart released his bargain-basement thrillers through William Steiner.
