synopsis
Richard Hill is The Devastator in this Philippine-based slicer-and-dicer. A Vietnam vet, Hill pays a visit to a war buddy's widow. Finding that her town is under the thumb of an evil drug cartel, Hill rallies his army friends to dispense justice. In true 'Nam fashion, the boys must destroy the town to save it. The one "name" player in The Devastator is Kaz Garas, here cast as a shifty sheriff.
