This is a modern retelling of the Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale "The Tinder Box." A soldier takes up with a wealthy prostitute just before she is killed by her three next patrons. The murderers are from the upper echelons of society and have much to lose if they are identified. Indeed, the soldier is prepared to do just that, and he presents his conditions to the unholy three, winning a night of sex with a coveted Contessa. Nudity and the violent subject matter of this tale prevent the film from being seen by those under-age.
