Synopsis by Dan Macintosh

This reissue of Denise Austin's previously titled "Rock Aerobics" video finds her enthusiastically leading exercisers through a high impact aerobic workout. Austin can be seen hopping, jogging, kicking and demonstrating knee-lifts and side-lunges. All of these are matched to a rocking soundtrack, which is how this video got its "High Energy" name. Rather than wallowing in the drudgery of an exercise routine, this makes getting in shape feel like being at a rock concert. Its beat-driven music will perk you right up; its variety of exercises will keep you focused; and Austin's non-stop leadership is sure to keep you moving. Also, at only 20-minutes long, it will be over before you know it.
