Troma Productions, the Amblin Entertainment of New Jersey, is responsible for Deadly Daphne's Revenge. A teenaged girl is beaten and raped by a man with political pull. She complains to the cops, while her assailant draws up plans to have her liquidated. The girl is aided (unbeknownst to her) by Deadly Daphne, another of the villain's victims, who has just escaped from a mental institution and has blood in her eye. Deadly Daphne's Revenge is sloppy but enthusiastic, with the usual quota of Troma employees and their relatives in bit parts and extra roles.
