synopsis
Joe, a mild-looking but criminally inclined lad, had made virtually nothing of his life up to the moment he was involved in a shootout. A government agency had its eye on him, though, and decided that he was suitable material for a program to transform him into a fighting machine. After an arduous training regimen with a tough, gorgeous dame, he is ready to join the good guys in a serious rough-and-tumble situation.
