Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
Directed by Adam Lawson and based on a true story, Day of Defense revolves around Thomas Bryant and James Radner, two best friends who share the same occupation -- law. Thomas, a prosecuting attorney, and James, a county public defender, normally don't find themselves too much at odds. This all changes when two Mormon missionaries visit the town in hopes of preaching their religion; but first they are required by law to get a permit. Although his job requires him to defend the two Mormons, Thomas finds himself torn due to the adamant Christianity that, up until now, has served as a common foundation for the entire town.
