Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Joey (Katie Holmes), needing money for college, and Pacey, (Joshua Jackson) desperate for a place of his own to live, both enter a beauty contest that offers 5,000 dollars to the winner. Joey's appearance in the contest alters Dawson's (James Van Der Beek) perception of her. This makes Jen (Michelle Williams), already second-guessing herself about her decision to break up with Dawson, jealous.
