synopsis
Instructed by National Aerobics Champion David Gray, this hour-long, low-impact exercise video features an easy, dance-like workout designed to be fun. Stylistically, it's somewhat like MTV, featuring a hip workout crew and early '90s dance music. The routines are designed so that beginners can participate, while more advanced exercisers can increase the intensity to suit themselves. Features include a ten-minute warm-up of stretching, three segments of aerobics geared mainly to lower body conditioning, and a toning segment with pliƩs, rond de jambes, pushups, and crunches. The program ends with a cool-down section. David Gray is an instructor for Voight Fitness and Dance Center.
