Darrin Henson is one of the busiest and best dancer/choreographers working in popular music today. He got his start showing off his moves on the TV shows Club MTV and Soul Food, and has since designed dance routines for Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Jordan Knight, and many others. Darrin's Dance Grooves is an instructional video in which Henson breaks down his style and techniques, and teaches viewers how to dance just like their favorite pop stars.
