synopsis
From the vantage point of 1969, Julia has cured Barnabas (Jonathan Frid) of vampirism. Not knowing this, Edward (Louis Edmonds) and Quentin (David Selby) -- actually Petofi in disguise -- set fire to Barnabas' coffin, little realizing that they are merely destroying a doppelganger left in the ex-vampire's place. On another front, Trask (Jerry Lacy) reacts negatively when Charity (Nancy Barrett) brings a portrait of Amanda Harris to Collinwood. This episode first aired on October 23, 1969.
