Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Sandoval (Fulvio Cecere), erstwhile first-season Dark Angel regular, makes a return appearance -- albeit in flashback form. These reminiscences are experienced by Alec (Jensen Ackles), who had been forced to kill his sweetheart Rachel (Meghan Ory) in a botched Manticore mission. Confused by Alec's unexpected display of human emotion, Max (Jessica Alba) suspects that something sinister is afoot. The plot shifts into high gear when the possibility arises that Rachel is still alive.
