synopsis
A phony 911 call leads to a man being gunned down in his home by a SWAT team. The investigation reveals the victim was involved in a lawsuit and that his wife was having an affair. Complicating matters is a sleazy private investigator (Tom Sizemore), who is hired by the case's chief suspect. He attempts to dismantle Horatio's team piece by piece to prevent his client from going to prison.
