Everyone wants a six-pack in their middle and everyone knows you have to do some work to get one. What you don't need is tons of equipment. Just you, your back, a space on the floor and this video should do it. Terri Walsh is your guide through this series of workouts that begins slowly and works its way up to a more advanced level. There are three six-minute segments of varying degrees of difficulty so you can go at your own pace, progressing as you gain strength and endurance. The level is beginning-to-intermediate and Terri's teaching and explanation move along at a pretty fast clip.
