Stair-stepping and other step or dance-step exercises have been around for years. This very active 30-minute aerobics video is designed for intermediate exercisers, featuring a new combination of arm and foot patterns. Some of the exercises in the workout tape are traditional straddles, chassés and mambos, and unique heel twists and rock the knees. This program video keeps in constant movement, and though the choreography is moderate, overall this tape's varied workout routines are designed to pump up the heart rate and burn fat.
