synopsis
In this emotional Italian melodrama, fraternal twins are orphaned and separated as babies. One is raised by his grandmother, a wealthy woman who spoils him rotten, while the other is raised by a humble butler. Eventually the estranged brothers are reunited and the poor brother attempts to assist the inept wealthy one who is also quite sickly.
